HaloVida is an after-hours phone answering service for independent funeral homes. Outside your opening hours, our qualified funeral advisors speak with families, giving them the time and attentive listening that grief requires. They then arrange, where needed, for the deceased to be taken into care, either with your subcontracted transport provider or with your own vehicles. We then schedule the next-day appointment with the family, so you can pick up the relationship as soon as you open.

An unanswered call at night means a family calling someone else. A poorly handled call means a family that never comes back.
With HaloVida, every call is answered by a funeral professional. You get your evenings and weekends back.
